Smooth the lines. Keep the expression.
Botox and Dysport — the world's most clinically proven aesthetic treatment. Expert injections by board-certified physicians who understand that the best result is one nobody can name.
These lines have specific names. And specific solutions.
Each area of the face ages differently. Understanding which muscles are involved — and how much — is what separates a natural result from an obvious one.
Horizontal lines across the forehead from the frontalis muscle. These develop from a lifetime of raising your eyebrows and deepen into visible creases at rest over time. One of the most common and most satisfying areas to treat.
The vertical lines between the eyebrows from the corrugator and procerus muscles. At rest, they give an expression of concern or anger that most patients don't intend to project. Highly responsive to neuromodulators.
The radiating lines at the outer corners of the eyes from the orbicularis oculi. Among the earliest and most visible signs of aging — and one of the most elegant areas to treat, because softening them makes the entire eye area look more rested.
The brow descends with age and can hood the upper eyelid, creating a heavier, more fatigued appearance. Strategic Botox placement can lift the outer brow by 2–4mm — enough to meaningfully open the eye area without surgery.
Fine vertical lines above the upper lip, and lines around the mouth from the orbicularis oris. Small amounts of Botox relax the muscle activity that creates these lines, reducing their depth and preventing further deepening.
Jaw slimming through masseter reduction for patients who clench or have a wide jaw, and neck band relaxation through platysmal Botox — two advanced applications that extend treatment well beyond the upper face. The jaw reduction application is also used to treat Bruxism (teeth grinding) — where chronic grinding wears down teeth and causes jaw muscles to build up, creating a square facial shape. Neurotoxin relaxes these muscles, softening the jaw line and preventing further dental damage.
If any of these look familiar, the right approach makes all the difference.
The same product, placed by a physician with different training, produces dramatically different results. Our injectors understand facial anatomy at a level that determines where, how deep, and how much — every time.
A muscle relaxer, not a face eraser.
Botox and Dysport work by temporarily blocking the nerve signals that tell specific muscles to contract. The muscle relaxes — and without the repeated contraction, the overlying skin smooths. The effect is dose-dependent and entirely reversible: it wears off naturally over 3–4 months, and the muscle returns to full function.
The crucial distinction is between dynamic and static wrinkles. Dynamic wrinkles form when you make an expression — forehead lines when you raise your eyebrows, frown lines when you concentrate. Neuromodulators are most effective on dynamic wrinkles, particularly in the upper face. They do not restore volume (that's the role of fillers) and they don't affect lines caused by skin laxity rather than muscle movement.
Dysport and Botox use the same mechanism with slightly different molecular formulations. Three practical differences define the choice between them: dilution — Dysport is more diluted, requiring more units to achieve the same result, though the cost per treatment is typically comparable; molecule size — Dysport's smaller molecules mean it takes effect faster (results visible from 24 hours vs. approximately 72 hours for Botox); and diffusion — Dysport spreads more widely from the injection point, making it ideal for larger uniform areas like the forehead, while Botox remains more localized — ideal for precision work like crow's feet or advanced lip lines. Only a physician can determine which is right for your specific case.
Muscle activity patterns at rest and in motion · Brow position and asymmetry · Skin quality and depth of lines · Your goals and activity level (athletes and very expressive patients may metabolize product faster) · Prior treatment history if applicable. We never inject at a first consultation without a thorough facial assessment.
Botox vs. Dysport — what changes, what doesn't.
Both products are safe, FDA-approved, and clinically equivalent. The differences are subtle and specific. Your physician will recommend based on your treatment area and anatomy.

The most studied aesthetic treatment in history.
No injectable treatment has more clinical data behind it than botulinum toxin type A. Decades of use, millions of treatments, and consistent safety and efficacy data across multiple global populations.
From consultation to your first real results.
Your physician examines your facial anatomy, reviews your concerns, and maps the treatment areas. We discuss realistic results and exactly what to expect. No pressure, no commitment at this stage.
We identify the right product, the exact injection points, and the dosage for each area. Treatment is planned around your specific facial anatomy — not a standard protocol.
15–30 minutes depending on areas treated. A series of small injections — most patients describe a mild pinch. Topical anesthetic is available. Return to normal activity immediately.
A 2-week check-in to assess results and address any touch-up. Maintenance at 3–4 months keeps results continuous. We track your doses over time to optimize your protocol.
Medicine that
gets you.
The difference between a good Botox result and an obvious one isn't the product — it's the physician. Our injectors understand facial anatomy, proportion, and restraint at a level that produces results you won't have to explain.
Board-Certified Physicians Only
Every injection at Iuventus is performed by a board-certified physician — not a nurse injector or aesthetician. The anatomy knowledge that produces consistent, natural results comes from medical training, not cosmetology certification.
Conservative by Default, Precise by Design
We start with less and add at your 2-week follow-up if needed. Over-injection is irreversible until the product wears off. Our philosophy is minimum effective dose — a result that looks like you on a very good day.
Full-Face Approach, Not Area-by-Area
We assess the face as a whole — understanding how treating one muscle affects adjacent areas. This prevents the common problem of over-treating one area while ignoring what's driving the aging pattern overall.
Transparent Pricing, No Package Pressure
We charge by units used — transparent, not by zone or package. You know exactly what you're getting and what it costs. We don't sell treatment packages at consultations or apply pressure to increase dosage.
