Treatment areas

Volume loss changes the whole face. Fillers restore its geometry.

Hyaluronic acid fillers work differently depending on where they're placed. Understanding the anatomy behind each area is what produces a result that looks lifted — not filled.

Cheek Augmentation

The malar fat pad depletes from the mid-30s onward, causing the midface to flatten and descend. Filler placed at the cheekbone restores the structural lift that affects the whole face — reducing nasolabial folds and improving jaw definition as a downstream effect.

👁️
Under-Eye Hollows (Tear Troughs)

One of the most impactful areas to treat for patients who look tired regardless of how much they sleep. Thin filler placed precisely in the tear trough reduces the shadow created by volume loss — immediately brightening the eye area. Dark circles often appear when the tear trough loses volume, allowing the skin to sink closer to the underlying blood vessels. Hyaluronic acid lifts the skin away from those vessels — lightening the dark shadow without concealer.

👃
Non-Surgical Rhinoplasty (Nose Reshaping)

One of the most dramatic applications of dermal fillers — the non-surgical alternative to traditional rhinoplasty. Small amounts of hyaluronic acid filler can significantly improve the nose's shape: smoothing a dorsal hump, refining the tip, or improving symmetry — all in under 15 minutes, with no surgery, no downtime, and no congestion. The results are immediate and reversible.

↕️
Nasolabial Folds

The lines that run from nose to mouth corner deepen as midface volume depletes and causes skin to descend. Most effectively addressed by restoring upstream cheek volume rather than filling the fold directly — producing a more natural, lifted result.

💋
Lip Augmentation & Definition

Precise augmentation that adds volume, restores the lip border, and improves overall shape. Our philosophy: lips that look like they've always been slightly fuller — not lips that announce treatment. Conservative dosing, revisable at follow-up.

😶
Marionette Lines & Jaw

The lines from mouth corner to chin, and the softening of the jawline that develops with age. Filler placed along the jaw and at the marionette area provides structural support that redefines the lower face.

🖐️
Hand Rejuvenation

Hands age in parallel with the face — losing volume and revealing tendons and veins. Filler placed on the dorsum of the hands restores the youthful fullness that makes them look 10 years younger. An often-overlooked treatment with dramatic results.

If any of these areas concern you, volume is almost always the answer.

The face loses roughly 1cc of volume per decade from the mid-30s onward. Restoring that volume — strategically, at the right anatomical layer — addresses multiple concerns simultaneously.

Dermal filler mechanism — volume restoration at IUVENTUS
How it works

Hyaluronic acid already lives in your skin.

Hyaluronic acid (HA) is a naturally occurring substance present throughout the body — most abundantly in skin, where it binds water and provides structural support. Dermal fillers use cross-linked HA gels that integrate with existing tissue, attract water, and restore the volume and architecture that depletes with age.

Different filler formulations have different properties — viscosity, lift capacity, longevity, and softness. Thin, fluid fillers work best in delicate areas like the tear trough where natural movement is important. Dense, firm fillers with high lift capacity are used at the cheekbone to provide structural support. Your physician selects the right product for each area — often using multiple products in a single session.

Results are immediate and visible at the time of treatment, with full settling at 2 weeks as any swelling resolves. HA fillers are the only category of cosmetic injectable that is fully reversible — hyaluronidase enzyme dissolves them rapidly if correction is needed. This reversibility is a meaningful safety advantage that distinguishes HA fillers from other volume restoration approaches.

What we assess at your consultation

Volume distribution and fat pad position · Skin quality and elasticity · Facial proportion and symmetry · Vascular anatomy (to avoid intravascular injection) · Your prior treatment history if applicable. We map the full face before recommending any injection — the placement plan matters as much as the product.

The research is clear

Hyaluronic acid fillers — decades of safety data.

HA-based dermal fillers are among the most extensively studied aesthetic treatments available. Their reversibility, biocompatibility, and predictable longevity make them the standard of care for facial volume restoration worldwide.

How It Works

From consultation to a result that looks like you.

01
🗓️
Free Consultation

Your physician examines your facial anatomy in full — volume distribution, skin quality, proportions. We discuss your goals and recommend which areas would benefit most from treatment.

02
📋
Treatment Mapping

We map the injection points, select the right filler products for each area, and agree on the volume to be used. Topical anesthetic is applied 15–20 minutes before injection.

03
💉
Treatment Session

30–60 minutes depending on areas treated. Results are visible immediately. Mild swelling for 24–72 hours is normal. Most patients return to normal activity the same day.

04
🔁
2-Week Review

We assess the final settled result and address any asymmetry or areas where additional product would improve the outcome. Maintenance at 12–18 months as results gradually resorb.

Why Choose Us

Medicine that
gets you.

Filler results are only as good as the physician placing them. Our physicians understand facial anatomy at a level that determines which layer, which plane, and which product — and when to stop.

01

Vascular Safety First

Intravascular injection is the most serious risk in filler treatment. Our physicians are trained in vascular anatomy and use aspiration, low-pressure injection, and cannula techniques to minimize this risk at every session.

02

The Right Filler for Each Area

We use multiple products from multiple brands — selecting the right formulation for each specific area and depth. We don't use one product for everything because different anatomical zones have different requirements.

03

Restraint as a Clinical Skill

Knowing when to stop is as important as knowing where to inject. Our philosophy is conservative dosing with the option to add at follow-up — rather than over-filling at the first session.

04

Full Reversal Available

We keep hyaluronidase on hand at every session. If a result isn't right — for any reason — we can dissolve HA filler rapidly and completely. This safety net changes the risk-benefit calculation for patients.

★★★★★

"I'd been losing volume in my cheeks for years and thought filler meant looking fake. The cheek filler changed the entire geometry of my face — the nasolabial folds lightened, the under-eyes looked less hollow. I looked like I did 8 years ago, not like I'd had something done."

"The tear trough filler was life-changing for someone who looks exhausted regardless of how much they sleep. People kept asking if I was tired or upset. Now they just ask what I've been doing because I look well-rested. Subtle but the impact on how I present is real."

"I was nervous about lip filler specifically — I've seen so many bad results. My physician showed me exactly what she was going to do and why the amount she was using was appropriate. The result is lips that look like mine, just better defined. Nobody has said a word."

Common Questions

Everything you
want to know.

Duration varies by product and area. Cheek fillers typically last 12–18 months. Lip filler lasts 9–12 months due to more movement and faster resorption. Under-eye filler can last 18–24 months in some patients because the area has less mechanical activity. We'll give you realistic expectations for your specific treatment plan at your consultation.
Mild swelling and occasional bruising for 1–3 days is typical, particularly in the lip and tear trough areas. Cheek filler usually has minimal visible downtime. We recommend avoiding strenuous exercise and alcohol for 24 hours after treatment, and avoiding face-down positions (massage, facials) for 2 weeks.
Yes — completely. Hyaluronic acid fillers can be dissolved with hyaluronidase enzyme, which breaks down the HA rapidly. Reversal is typically performed within 24–72 hours if needed, and results in complete dissolution of the product within a few days. This reversibility is one of the most important safety advantages of HA fillers over other volumizing approaches.
They address different things and work synergistically. Botox relaxes the muscles that create dynamic expression lines (forehead, frown, crow's feet). Fillers restore the volume that depletes with age — cheeks, lips, under-eyes, folds. Most patients over 40 benefit from both: Botox for upper-face dynamics, fillers for midface and lower-face structure. Your physician will assess which — or which combination — is right for your specific concerns.
Not when placed correctly and at appropriate volumes. The overdone look almost always comes from too much product, placed too superficially, by someone without detailed knowledge of facial anatomy. Our philosophy is conservative dosing — we'd rather treat to 80% at the first session and add at follow-up than over-fill and wait months for it to resorb.
HA fillers have an excellent long-term safety profile with decades of clinical use. The main risk with repeated treatment is product accumulation over time — which is why we assess the full volume history at each session and don't simply add to previous treatments without evaluating what's already present. In some cases we recommend dissolving previous filler before adding new product for the cleanest result.
